Community Support
We have always believed in giving back to the communities we are part of and travel to by supporting local organisations and projects. For us, giving back goes beyond just monetary contributions; it is also about investing our time and using our skills and expertise to make a difference.

For every friend or family member who books their first trip with us based on a guest referral, we donate GBP 50 to Logos Scholarship Fund. This charitable organisation works with children from disadvantaged backgrounds and helps them receive a secondary education by paying for their school fees, materials and uniforms. Learn about our referral programme, Friends for Friends, and our support to the Logos Scholarship Fund here.
To support local communities and NGOs, we have partnered with these organisations in Kenya, Tanzania and India to procure handmade welcome gifts for our guests who travel to these countries.
Volunteering To Make A Difference

Monetary donations are essential to bringing about change. However, we firmly believe that time and skills can make an even more profound impact. We have found that the impact is much deeper when our team members see the change they are bringing about in real-time. To enable this, we allow all our team members to dedicate one work day every quarter to volunteering with partner organisations that are strongly committed to their cause.
Internships & Mentorships
Our Africa and India offices offer internships to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, regardless of their geography. Hayes & Jarvis’ team members personally mentor our interns to allow them to overcome challenges and support them with their career-related decisions. We take pride in having created environments of opportunity and love to see every staff member, regardless of their background, flourish and grow.
Our association with Logos Scholarship Fund allows us to provide short-term internships to high school graduates to gain work experience and practical skills that will help them improve their employability in the job market. Furthermore, as a testament to the equal opportunity we provide, we have seen quite a few of our interns rise through the ranks in Hayes & Jarvis.
Aiding Guest Donations

Many of our guests have shared their desire to support specific causes or communities that they have visited. We are happy to share our research, knowledge and insights regarding community projects and charitable organisations. You can speak to our travel consultants about curating activities that directly support various causes and communities to your itinerary. For example, the Sheldrick Family Trust outside Nairobi is a well-recognised and verified trust that works towards rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned elephants. Your entry fee to visit this trust goes towards the care of these animals.
