Admire the ornate architecture of Mahakma du Pasha, a government building that was built in the 1950s. You will also get to visit the Habbous quarter, and the grand Hassan II mosque, the largest in Africa, which can accommodate more than 80,000 worshippers.
Rabat
You will be driven from Casablanca to Rabat in a private vehicle.
Your guided tour of Rabat begins at Hassan tower. This huge, unfinished minaret was built by Yaqub al Mansur, who aspired to build the largest minaret ever seen. Your next stop is the Kasbah of the Udayas, which was built by Mansur as well. You will also get to admire the lovely ruins of Chellah, a Merenid citadel-town.
Chefchaouen
Explore the old medina of Chefchaouen before the crowds come in, and walk leisurely through the town's quaint blue alleys.
After soaking in the sights of the 'blue city', go on a guided half day excursion to the scenic Akchour Waterfall and God's Bridge. The latter is an interesting natural formation that is made up of two cliffs. Along the way, you will get to visit Ouslaf, a Berber hamlet, and get an insight into the traditions and customs of the local people.
Fes
Enjoy a guided tour to discover the best of what Fes has to offer. Admire exquisite examples of Islamic art and architecture such as Medersa Bou Inania and Medersa el-Attarine. Walk through bustling markets, and watch the world go by at the medina. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the medina is dotted with beautiful mosques, tanneries and fountains. You will also learn about the city's Jewish heritage at the mellah (Jewish quarter)
Round off your time in Fes with a guided tour of Bhalil and Sefrou. Bhalil is a Berber village that is about forty minutes drive from Fes. Accompany your expert guide through the unique cave dwellings that are still in use, colourful houses with interesting decorations, and quaint alleys of this 4th century village.
The city of Sefrou is known for its Jewish neighbourhood - the mellah. Soak in the atmosphere as you stroll through its quaint alleys, and visit the cemetery and synagogue of Em Habanim. Wrap up your day out at the old medina and Huddadine Square, where weavers and blacksmiths ply their trade.
Midelt
You will be driven from Fes to Midelt in a private vehicle. You can visit the Berber town of Azrou on the way. Midelt is known for its weaving. Here, you will find hundreds of artisans weaving traditional Berber carpets and blankets that will then be sold in the busy market alongside fresh produce such as apples, walnuts and plums.
Merzouga
Take a detour from exploring Morocco's history to experience what life in the desert is like. Enjoy a leisurely, memorable camel ride, and a thrilling jeep safari around the Erg Chebbi sand dunes, which includes stopovers at a few nomad camps.
Depending on which accommodation you are staying at in Merzouga, you will have the opportunity to go quad biking over the scenic dunes, or interact with a Berber family over lunch or tea.
Ouarzazate
You will be driven from Merzouga to Ouarzazate in a private vehicle.
Set out after breakfast on a private tour of the scenic Southern Draa Valley, which lies between Ouarzazate and Zagora. Enjoy the view as you travel through quaint towns, Berber villages, kasbahs and ksours (fortified villages). Stop along the way at the Mansour ad Dahabi reservoir and the Tizi-n-Tinififft pass to enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape. See the mountain of Djebel Kissane as you pass through Agdz, and take short detours to see the fortified Ksar Tamnougalte, and the well preserved Ksar Tissergate near Zagora.
On the next day, enjoy a guided tour of Ait-Ben-Haddou, a fortified village and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stroll through the lanes of this lovely 'ksar', past red mud houses, some of which still have traditional decorations.
High Atlas Mountains
You will be driven from Ouarzazate to the High Atlas Mountains in a private vehicle.
Enjoy a guided scenic trek that starts from Imlil, a mountain retreat, to the Tizi M’zik mountain pass in the area of Toubkal, the highest peak of the Atlas range. Savour the view of the valley as you make your way up, with small villages, sloping terraces, fruit orchards and juniper forests along your route.
Marrakesh
You will be transferred from the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakesh in a private vehicle.
Walk around the beautiful Koutoubia Mosque, which dates back to the 12th century, while your expert guide tells you about its origins and history. Admire the Italian marble of the Saadian Tombs and architecture of the 19th century El Bahia Palace. Wrap up your guided exploration of Marrakesh with a walk around the bustling souks that lie in the heart of the old city.
While you are in Marrakesh, you can enjoy a private perfume workshop with a veteran perfumer. If you love exploring different varieties of food, you will love the 'souks and spices' tour. Stroll through the local markets with an expert chef by your side to sample a variety of delicacies, see how certain traditional dishes are made, and learn the finer points of Moroccan cuisine.
Essaouira
You will be transferred from Marrakesh to the picturesque city of Essaouira in a private vehicle.
Walk along the ramparts of the old castle that run along the sea. Watch the colourful fishing boats bobbing in the water of the harbour, and enjoy a leisurely stroll on the beach. Make your way through the lively souks, and pick up a souvenir or two. Round off your day by soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of one of Essaouira's local bars.
An exciting experience in store for you is the chance to learn about Berber cuisine. You will be taken to the nearby town of Sidi Kaouki, where you will be welcomed by your host and their family with refreshing tea and pastries. After settling in, head into the kitchen to begin the process of making a traditional meal, from grinding the grains to steaming couscous in a clay pot. As the food is being prepared, your host will regale you with interesting tidbits about Berber cuisine. You will of course get to enjoy what you have helped prepare before heading back to Essaouira!
Casablanca
You will be transferred in a private vehicle from Essaouira to Casablanca airport. On the way, you can choose to make a quick stop to explore the historic 16th century Portuguese city of Magazan.
