Explore Las Vegas on Your Own
Discover the pleasures of Las Vegas at your own pace. Set off in the morning to catch spectacular views of the Red Rock Conservation Area and then drop by the Old West ranch that evokes the romance of pioneer days. If you wish to remain within the city limits, enjoy the animal shows at Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. Later, treat yourself to some retail therapy at the malls on Fremont Street, while culture buffs can check out the uniquely themed Neon Museum and Mob Museum.
After lunch, spend a leisurely afternoon surrounded by lush landscapes and seasonal blossoms at the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens or stroll past the indie galleries and atmospheric bars of the Arts District. Famed for its breathtaking mountainscapes, Zion National Park is a nature reserve in southwest Utah. The first national park of the state, it is home to the iconic red sandstone cliffs of the Zion Canyon that have been carved over the centuries by the swiftly flowing Virgin River.

Unearth a wealth of wilderness at Zion National Park, which is also a paradise for hiking enthusiasts! Those who want to meander at leisure can try the Lower Emerald Pool Trail, which leads up to a lovely pool, hanging gardens and waterfalls. If you're up for a moderate route, hike the Watchman Trail that goes up the canyon and across the road, and ends at the viewpoints of the Temples and Towers. If you want a more challenging trail, try Angels Landing which includes steep cliffs, ridges and expansive views of the valley floor from the top.
You can also go on a five-mile scenic drive along the Kolob Canyons Road and look out upon massive sandstone cliffs that soar into a brilliant blue sky.
