Arrive in Buenos Aires, Argentina’s cosmopolitan capital city. You’ll be met at the airport and driven to your hotel. Begin your culinary tour in the city’s northern neighbourhoods of Recoleta and Palermo. As you settle into colourful Buenos Aires, why not indulge in a cafecito (coffee) in a local cafe?

Spend your day exploring the southern neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires, La Boca and San Telmo. In the evening, enjoy an Argentinian culinary experience. Make empanadas and feast on grilled provoleta cheese, delicious steak and alfajores, an authentic Argentinian confection.

This morning, you’ll be picked up and driven to the airport in Mendoza. Catch a flight to the historic city of Salta, where you’ll be met and driven to your hotel. Spend the evening soaking up the Andean culture with music, dancing, and a traditional Andean meal.

Soak up the slower pace of life in Salta today. Visit San Miguel market and browse stalls of local food: fresh produce, meats and spices. Afterwards, experience more authentic cooking with a cooking class. Enjoy a light lunch of local specialties, like tamales and humitas. The rest of the day is for you to spend at leisure.
Salta - Humahuaca - Salta
Venture out of Salta to the Humahuaca Gorge, an arid valley that sits between the Andean plateau and the sub-Andean hills. You’ll get to witness the Cerro de Siete Colores ( Seven Colours Hill), visit the town of Tilcara with its Pucará (indigigenous fortress), and wander the handicraft market in the town of Humahuaca. After you’ve wandered the market, head back to Salta, stopping at the historic city of Jujuy en route.
Salta - Cafayate
Journey to the serene town of Cafayate today. On the way, you’ll stop at Cachi, an enchanting village set in Calchaqui Valley. When you reach Cafayate, dine on a delicious lunch at a local restaurant and visit a local winery for a wine tasting session. Spend the night in this sleepy town surrounded by its many vineyards.

Today, you’ll be taken on the three hour drive back to Salta. En route, visit Quebrada de las Conchas, where the forces of nature have come together to create wondrous rock formations.
Salta - Puerto Iguazú
This morning, you’ll be driven to the airport, where you’ll board your flight to Puerto Iguazú. After your plane lands, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel.

It’s time to witness the wondrous Iguazú Falls. Take a tour of the Argentinian side of the falls and climb aboard a boat and enjoy a Great Adventure Tour. Get up close to the falls, including the incredible Devil’s Throat, possibly the most breathtaking of all Iguazú’s waterfalls.
Puerto Iguazú - Buenos Aires
Journey back to Buenos Aires, where your Argentinian adventure began. You’ll be driven to the airport to board a flight back to the Argentinian capital. When you arrive, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel. Enjoy your last night with a sultry tango show.
