You can enter the information on ‘Manage My Existing Booking’ on the Emirates website. It will ask you for your Airline Booking Reference, which can be found on your Hayes and Jarvis Booking invoice.

London Heathrow: all flights depart from Terminal 3.

London Gatwick: all flights depart from the North Terminal.

Manchester: all flights depart from Terminal 1.

Birmingham, Glasgow and Newcastle: all flights depart from the Main Terminal.

Economy Class: 20- 35kg – depending on booking class

Business Class: 40kg

First Class: 50kg

Economy Class: 1 piece of hand baggage not exceeding 55 x 38 x 20cm and no more than 7kg.

First Class and Business Class passengers are permitted two pieces of carry-on baggage: one briefcase plus either one handbag orone garment bag, all subject to the following size and weighing no more than 12kgs combined:

Briefcase: 45 xby 35 xby 20 cmcentimeter (18 xby 14 xby 8 inches)

Handbag: 55 xby 38 xby 20 cmcentimeter (22 xby 15 xby 8 inches)

Garment bag: 20 cmcentimeter (8 inches) thick when folded

Online check in is available 48 hours before your flight’s scheduled departure time. Alternatively you can check in at the Airport from 3 hours up until 60 minutes before on the day of departure.
