"Being a sole traveller travelling through Malaysia, Tasmania and Australia, I was reassured that I had the back up and support of Hayes/Jarvis trip coordinators should anything go wrong or the itinerary require changing at the last moment, which it did! Thank you for being flexible to change and, at all times, helpful and supportive. "Mark Larwood co-ordinated the perfect visit to South Africa and Mozambique taking in Cape Town, Franschhook, a safari and a beach holiday. Mention must be made of the local staff involved including Deen (chauffeur), Trevor (ranger) and Olivia (beach resort manager). Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Not one of the destinations disappointed. A truly memorable experience."
