"This was the second time that H & J have booked a Maldives holiday for us and now we wouldn't use anyone else. The attention to detail when suggesting or recommending suitable islands was impressive and the island we chose couldn't have been more perfect. Having always made a point of trying out different islands we would now go straight back to Hideaway because if we went anywhere else we'd be wishing we were there. Every aspect of the planning and booking process was thorough with a lot of personal input from our H & J consultant. The documentation was accurate and explicit. The transfers to & from the island were smooth as silk thanks to the input from the associated agent in India who kept in close contact with us. I can't begin to explain the wonder of the island in a short paragraph but it is a paradise far removed from the real world. The island wildlife and the undersea world of the coral reef are spectacular. Such a privilege to have seen it all. The island was at full capacity when we stayed and yet the beaches and swimming pools were deserted. The only times we saw people were mealtimes. The over-water villa was spacious, well equipped and very luxurious. Fully serviced twice daily and spotlessly clean. The private pool was fresh water and crystal clear - very well maintained. Now I'll spend the rest of today dreaming that I'm back there..................."

"We would highly recommend Hayes and Jarvis for planning and executing the 'trip of a lifetime'. We had 25 days to visit 6 destinations and from the planning stages with James, to the trip itself supported by our concierge Megan, we had a wonderful team who took our every wish into account and made things happen, including unforeseen changes of plans before and during the trip. They were able to put together an itinerary which included places that we had specified, mixed in with some fantastic suggestions that they had come up with. "Couldn’t have wished for a better and more detailed itinerary provided by Hayes & Jarvis after talking to us first about what our wishes were. Full of information given prior to our holiday was given too so we could prepare and organise for all to be sorted prior to setting off on our holiday. "Mark at Hayes and Jarvis listened to what we wanted from the start and offered options and reassurance throughout the booking process. Everything went smoothly from transfers, rooms were set up according to our wishes with our sons and timings of the internal flights. It was a huge comfort having Cyprian available on Whatsapp to offer advice and guide us and it was a lovely gesture of him to come and see us in Nairobi and gift us blankets to use on your safari! We couldn’t fault the Karen Blixen Camp and the staff at all, they made my husbands birthday one to remember and our guide Simon was so friendly, making sure we saw everything we wanted too! We just wished we’d stayed longer on Safari as we all loved it. Thank you all!"
