"We used Hayes & Jarvis for our honeymoon and had the holiday of a lifetime. Taking away the stress of organising a trip was absolutely key, as we were both busy planning the wedding! I think if we tried to plan both ourselves our heads would have exploded. As we requested, our trip was full of fun and varied experiences. We went to South Africa and Zimbabwe over 8 days. We stayed in some exceptional hotels and have memories to last a lifetime. Communication has been excellent and any issues or queries were solved quickly. We will use Hayes & Jarvis again, and would recommend them to anyone!"

"From the planning stage to the last day of our holiday we were very pleased with the service given by Hayes & Jarvis. Brian our trip co-ordinator kept in touch with us without being intrusive. The transport connections were all in good quality vehicles and on time. The excursions were very professional. Our trip should of taken place four years ago but got cancelled due to Covid. We received a no quibble refund and were pleased to re-book when the opportunity arose. We were travelling with Hayes & Jarvis in 2010. We were due to fly home from Cairo when the ash cloud hit and thousands of flights were cancelled. Hayes & Jarvis booked us into an hotel near the airport and arranged food and drink during our stay. They arranged for us to be flown out of Cairo as soon as practicable. We will certainly use Hayes & Jarvis for our next special holiday."
