Give in to the magic of Bangkok - its busy streets, bustling markets, peaceful temples and more. Experience this dazzling city from water with a cruise through the Thonburi klongs (canals) on a long tail boat. Retreat from all the chaos and cacophony that characterises the city’s busy neighbourhoods with a visit to the stunning Wat Arun temple. This is one of Bangkok’s most recognised landmarks that sits on the banks of the Chao Praya River.

Later, head across the river to explore the royal Grand Palace. Tour its spectacular throne halls and spend time at the Temple of Wat Phra Kaew or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, which houses the radiant green stone Buddha clothed in gold. Make a stop at the Wat Pho, the Temple of the Reclining Buddha that is home to a 46-meter-long Buddha.

Refuel with a sumptuous lunch at a riverside restaurant enjoying traditional Thai dishes and serene views of the waters. Continue your discovery of the city with a visit to the Wat Benchamabophit or the Marble Temple, which showcases classic Thai architecture with marbles imported from Italy. Once done, return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Leave for Bangkok Airport in a chauffeur-driven car. Board your flight from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. The flight duration is one and a half hours. You will be picked up at Chiang Mai Airport and dropped off in a chauffeur-driven luxury car at your hotel.

Rest your legs, indulge in a satisfying meal at a local restaurant, and try out a range of regional delicacies. For the second part of your tour, drive up to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, which sits atop a mountain. Hike up the Naga staircase and take in expansive views of Chiang Mai.

Exploring Phang Nga Bay
