Upon your arrival in the city, you will be met by our representative and escorted to your accommodation.
Seoul, the dynamic capital city of South Korea, offers an eclectic mix of heritage and history, modern technology, vibrant art and culture and fantastic cuisine. Over the next few days, you can delve into each of these facets through guided tours with our local experts, who share their knowledge, insights and experiences with you.
Personalised tour of Seoul
This is a privately guided exploration of the city on public transport - offering you the chance to witness first-hand how the transportation network forms the backbone of Seoul. Your first stop is at the Gwanghwamun Plaza, where you will see the statues of King Sejong the Great and Admiral Yi Sun-sin.
Then, it's onto the most famous of the five royal palaces - Gyeongbokgung - which hosts a traditional 'changing of the guards' ceremony. These tile-roofed buildings once houses the royal family of the famed Joseon dynasty, and you have plenty of opportunity to learn about their contributions and way of life from your guide.
Within the palace grounds, you will also visit the National Folk Museum of Korea, which houses artifacts illustrating the traditional way of life. Next, at the Bukchon Hanok Village, you have another opportunity to observe the traditional way of life amidst over 900 heritage homes which once housed noble families. Also see the UNESCO-listed Changdeokgung Palace and the serene Secret Garden, and end your tour amidst the galleries, boutiques and trendy restaurants of the Insadong district.
Group DMZ Tour from Seoul
Visit the Demilitarized Zone on the border with North Korea, a little more than an hour away from Seoul. This buffer zone between the two countries has landmarks such as the Freedom Bridge, used as a former railroad across the river, as well as the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel and Imjingak Park. Visit the DMZ Museum, which chronicles the impact of the war and finally, climb up to the Dora Observatory, offering panoramic views of the border the North Korea.
Busan
From Seoul, you will travel aboard the KTX train to Busan. The journey takes approximately three hours and a representative will be waiting to receive you at the station and escort you to your accommodation in Busan. Located by sea in the east, Busan is a bustling port town with a vibrant culture and food scene, which you can explore on a personalised culinary cooking class and guided city tour.

Delve into the traditions and flavours of Busan with this private tour of the city. Your day starts with a cooking class with a Korean chef where you will learn to prepare sauces and condiments that are essential to Korean cuisine, as well as dishes such as bibimbap.
Your next stop is the Jagalchi Market, the largest seafood market in the country. Next, visit the colourful houses of Gamcheon Cultural Village, settled by refugees during the Korean war and beautified with colourful art, murals and sculptures. From here, you could take a cable car ride across the ocean to reach the Songdo Yonggung Suspension Bridge for panoramic views of the city.
Jeju Island
From Busan, travel to the airport with your guide and board your hour-long flight to Jeju Island. Once you arrive, a representative will escort to your hotel on the island. South Korea's volcanic paradise is renowned for its natural beauty, with verdant landscapes, tinkling waterfalls, volcanic craters and lava tubes, offering a serene escape from cities before you return home from your holiday.

Take time to explore Jeju's diverse natural wonders on this day-long guided tour. Enjoy scenic drives across the island aboard a private vehicle, visiting the beautiful gardens of Hallim Park, the Ssangyonggul Cave with its distinctive lava tubes, stalactites and stalagmites, and Jae-am Folk Village with its traditional thatched-roofed houses. You can relax with a warm cup of tea at the Seogwang Tea Garde and O’sulloc Tea Museum and visit the Jusangjeollidae Seaside Cliff for panoramic views. Your tour ends at the sparkling Jeongbang Falls, one of the most beautiful waterfalls on the island.

Seoul
Board your flight from Jeju island to Seoul, where you will be spending your last night. This is the ideal opportunity to return to your favourite sites or visit a site you would like to view. On the next day, a representative will escort you to the airport for your international flight.
