Explore San Francisco’s steep streets by foot or by tram. It’s home to some excellent restaurants and trendy coffee shops which feed the glamorous residents. You’ll also find unique architecture, with tall houses lining the sloping streets and looking out over the river below.

Yosemite National Park is one of the USA’s most breath taking. This vast expanse of wilderness is home to emerald green valleys and towering granite rocks and mountains.

Spend your days taking to a hiking trail, on your own or with a guide and explore the secrets of this vast park. You’re bound to stumble on spectacular views, glittering lakes, thundering waterfalls and more along the way. Yosemite Valley is known as having some of the best views in the park. Look through Tunnel View and admire El Capitan, the Half Dome and Bridalveil Falls.

Spend a day in the crystal clear waters of Tenaya Lake. It’s fed from the fresh ice and snow from the mountains above and offers a chance to cool off as you admire the luscious surroundings. Book a kayak and explore the lake further, or simply lie back and soak up the warm Californian sunshine.

Napa Valley is the USA’s most famous wine region. This luscious, fertile valley is home to a huge range of vineyards which have been around for years and offer a taste of the local produce.

Explore Napa Valley on the wine tram and hop between famous vineyards. Stop wherever takes your fancy and listen to the region’s history and facts as you travel along the picturesque roads in between. Alternatively, pick your favourite vineyards and take taxis in between.

At each of Napa Valley’s vineyards you’ll find a delicious range of bottles to try. From rich reds to a light sparkling bottle and crisp whites, there’s something for everyone here. Expert sommeliers will take you through the vineyards’ different processes before allowing you to try the finest varieties along with delectable local produce. You’ll find plenty of fine dining establishments, serving up fresh seafood from the nearby coast, as well as succulent meats and fresh fruits and vegetables.
