Opened on 21st December 2018 – Bensley Collection – Shinta Mani Wild is the radical brainchild of world-renowned resort designer Ben Bensley. Situated along 1.5 kilometres of river and waterfalls, staying here will be an experience unlike any other in Asia.
15 custom designed tents are perched above the swiftly moving waters. Each one designed with meticulous attention to detail, and provide everything you could desire from a truly luxurious resort.
A place for adventure and indulgence. All meals and beverages are included as well as unlimited spa treatments at the Khmer Spa which features natural and chemical free Khmer Tonics.
When in such an enchanting location – you will want to explore and discover one of the greatest wilderness areas of South East Asia, one of the few remaining habitats in Cambodia for Wild elephants and gibbons.
Head out on patrol with the rangers from the Wildlife Alliance, a wildlife NGO dedicated to stopping and catching poachers and illegal loggers in the area. The team of rangers are funded by Bensley Collection – Shinta Mani Wild and have a base just above our tents. Our team of naturalists living in the area, study the flora and fauna have a number of hikes for all abilities to take guests on. They have several research projects going on, so join in as they check their camera traps and bring the forest alive as they get carried away talking about what they love most.
Food plays a huge part in everyone’s holiday. Our chef is a master in the kitchen and an avid forager of edible Cambodian plants. Set off on a foraging expedition in our land as he shares his vast wealth of knowledge on the plants, fruits, and fungi that the forest has to offer. On your return prepare to enjoy a cooking class unlike any other.
