All Inclusive

All inclusive guests can enjoy breakfast at Savanna, the hotel’s main restaurant followed by lunch at Amafrooty or Infinity Blue. Selected dishes are also available at the C Beach Club.

Any of the following restaurants provide dinner for all inclusive guests: Infinity Blue, Kuzini, Savana (buffet), Heritage C Beach Club (buffet) and Zafarani.

All inclusive bars include Infinity Blue, Zenzi Bar and the C Beach Club, serving selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including local and imported beers, whisky, liqueurs, cocktails, wines as well as soft drinks and juices.

Tea and coffee facilities are available in every room. A fully stock minibar is available within guest rooms which includes snacks and drinks. This is replenished once a day.

For an additional supplement, guests also have access to all restaurants within Heritage Bel Ombre including Annabella, Ginja, Le Palmier, Heritage Le Chateau, The Grill House and BOMA.

Beach and pool service is available from 12pm to 5pm.

Infinity Blue Cocktail Bar offers a sunset cocktail from 5pm to 7pm.

The ice cream kiosk is available between 12pm and 6pm daily.

Afternoon tea, including cakes and pancakes is serviced between 4pm and 6pm at Zenzi Bar.

For guests who want to leave the resort a picnic box is available (requires booking 24 hours in advance at the Guest Relation Counter.

Guests can use one complimentary green fee per person per day at the award winning Championship Heritage Golf Course. There are also unlimited green fees on the Par Three Short Course. This excludes equipment, lessons and practice balls.

Seven Colours Spa offers one 45 minute back massage per person per stay (over 16s only). This needs to be taken within the first three days of arrival between 9am and 3pm. Minimum stay of five nights. Guests also have free access to the Seven Colours Spa Village, as well as access to the Umuzi Sports Centre and fitness activities.

Watersports included: sailing dinghy, windsurfing, canoe, pedal boats, snorkelling and glass bottom boat trips.

Land activities included: darts, archery, a giant chess board, mountain bikes, two tennis courts (including use of tennis rackets), beach volleyball, beach soccer, indoor games, table tennis and bocciball.

A schedule of live music at the resort.

Guests can use free WIFI in all rooms and public areas.

Premium Golf All Inclusive

Premium All Inclusive includes everything which is included in the regular All Inclusive plan, with the addition of:

Each adult (over 16 years) can enjoy one 45 minute spa treatment per day.

One quad bike tour of the Nature Reserve per stay. This could be exchanged for a buggy trip if the quad bike is unavailable during the guests’ stay.

One dinner at the BOMA open air pop up restaurant, weather permitting (once per stay).

One dinner (set menu) at the Steakhouse of the Gold Club Restaurant. This includes select alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks throughout the meal (once per stay).

One lobster dinner per stay at Infinity Blue.

Selected wines and spirits which are replenished once a day in an upgraded mini bar.

Access to the Seven Coloured Earth of Chamarel and a three course set menu lunch at Le Chamarel. This includes one half bottle of mineral water per person. Other drinks are excluded. Transport is not included. This must be booked at the hotel’s Guest Relations Counter and will be an additional cost. If Le Chamarel restaurant is not available, lunch will be provided at the Case Noyale Hunting Lodge.

Zenzibar, Infinity Blue, C Beach Club and the Golf Club Bar are included as Premium All Inclusive bars.

Guests can enjoy an à la carte lunch at the Golf Club Restaurant with no additional supplement.

A picnic basket experience within the Awali gardens or on the beach. This needs to be organised 24 hours prior.
