He really went out of his way in trying to find us a suitable alternative holiday, making sure that the alternatives were in line with our original plans, kept us informed (almost on a daily basis) of developments, be it changes in airline schedules or local government developments. We felt like he really cared and appreciate his personal touch. But even he could not work his magic this year.
